For product or order questions, or to initiate a return, please contact us here. For order inquiries and returns, please provide your full name and order number.
How to Order
You may order our products a few different ways:
- Place an order via our secure web store.

Order via telephone by calling 563-387-7315 (Monday–Saturday, 9am to 4:30pm; closed Sundays). All phone orders must be paid via credit card and will be subject to approval of payment.

Download our Printable Order Form and mail it with a check or credit card information to the address indicated on the form. Note: All mail orders will be held until payment has been cleared. Please allow for shipping delays if paying via check.
To Change or Cancel an Order
To cancel part or all of your order, contact us here or call us at 563-387-7315 as soon as possible, and we will process your request and issue the appropriate refund.
If you desire to add items to your order, please place a second order. We are unable to add items to an order once the payment has been processed. You can place an additional order via our web store, or you can call us at 563-387-7315 and place a credit card order over the phone.
Order Status
If you have created an account with us, you can check on the status of an order by logging in to your account. There, you will can access your order history and any available tracking information.

Viking Mountain Tool Works offers competitive pricing. If you find an item for a lower price from another authorized distributor, please contact us and we will do our best to match it.
We offer bulk purchase discounts on a number of items in our catalog. If a bulk discount is not appearing for your item, please contact us to discuss.
