If you experience a performance issue with an item you ordered from us and you believe the product is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact them directly to file a warranty claim. Manufacturer contact information will be provided in your owner’s manual.

Please save your purchase receipt from VMTW for your records, as you will be asked for proof of purchase date in order to process any warranty claims with our manufacturers.
