Handling

Once your payment is approved, your in-stock item(s) will ship within two business days.  You will receive an email with tracking information on your shipped purchase. The following holidays are shipping holidays for our company and do not count toward the two-day handling time:

  • New Year’s Day (or the closest weekday if on a weekend)
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July (or the closest weekday if on a weekend)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day (or the closest weekday if on a weekend)

Shipping Rates

All Continental U.S. orders totaling $35 and less will be charged $7.95 shipping.  All Continental U.S. orders over $35 ship free via standard shipping services (usually UPS Ground).  Freight weight items will be charged a shipping surcharge. Please contact us for a quote.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be assessed a shipping surcharge at checkout.  

For expedited shipping services and delivery to APO/FPO/DPO, U.S. Territory, and international addresses, please contact us for a quote.

Returns & Refunds

Viking Mountain Tool Works wants you to be happy with your purchase.  If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Contact us here to initiate a return.  All returns must receive prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and must be postmarked within 30 days of the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.  Once you receive an RMA, please return your item(s) in their original packaging and be sure to include all original instructions and paperwork. Please include the RMA on your shipping label and/or inside the package.

Returned items found to be defective will receive a full refund or exchange at our discretion, including shipping costs. Other returned items are subject to return shipping and restocking fees (up to 20%) depending on the condition of the returned item.

Customization:  Orders that have received customization are not eligible for returns unless the manufacturer is at fault for the issue.  Contact us immediately if you have any questions.

Manufacturer’s Warranty:  If your item fails to perform and is still under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to process your warranty claim.  If you need help with a warranty claim, please contact us and we will assist you.
